Dr. Robert L. Kemper Dr. Robert L. Kemper, President of Psycholinguistic Associates, Inc., located in Haverhill, MA, has been active in the area of language-learning disabilities for the past twenty-five years.

In his private practice, Dr. Kemper provides consultation to school districts, and specializes in the evaluation of children, adolescents, and young adults who present with language-based learning disabilities.

Dr. Kemper earned his Doctorate in Speech and Language Pathology from Kent State University, with a special emphasis in Developmental Psycholinguistics. Dr. Kemper has published several articles on language learning disabilities, and has presented seminars on language-learning disabled children throughout the country.

Prior to entering private practice, Dr. Kemper was Director of the departments of Language, Speech, and Hearing, Language Acquisition and Development, and Otoelectrophysiology at North Shore Children's Hospital in Salem, Massachusetts. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Kemper has taught the graduate course entitled, Language Learning Disabilities of School-Age Children, at Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.
